We at Spectrum Active deliver a professional service where the trainee can develop and build self-esteem and gain knowledge at their own pace in a small group and one to one setting. All staff attend regular training and are fully trained in first aid and mandatory health and safety.

As the Service manager it is my responsibility to ensure that all the programs are delivered to a high standard, and that all the staff are fully trained and able to help you archive your goals. You will have your own Person Centred Planning (PCP) along with your own portfolio so we can monitor your progress.
